1. Choose your hotel and click Select.
2. Click Hold Block.
3. Complete the Place Block on Hold form.
4. Click Place Block on Hold.
You will receive an instant email to forward to each team family, with directions for
reserving a room from the team’s block, using their own payment information.

2. Click Reserve Room.
3. Complete the 3 Easy Steps to Confirm Your Reservation form.
You will receive two emails. The first email, sent instantly, will provide a Reference
Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation. The second email, typically sent within
two (2) business days, will include your reservation confirmation number, provided
by the hotel.
1. Go to the Cancellations/Changes form.
2. Enter the email address used to make your reservation.
3. Enter the Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation.
4. Click Cancel Reservation.
You will receive two emails. The first email, sent instantly, will provide a Reference
Number (ARNXXXXXX-C) for your cancellation request. The second email, typically
sent within two (2) business days, will include your cancellation confirmation
number, provided by the hotel.
1. Go to the Cancellations/Changes form.
2. Enter the email address used to make your reservation.
3. Enter the Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation.
4. Click Resend Guest Receipt.
You will receive an instant email which contains a copy of your Guest Receipt.
