2. Click Hold Block.
3. Complete the Place Block on Hold form.
4. Click Place Block on Hold.

You will receive an instant email to forward to each team family, with directions for reserving a room from the team’s block, using their own payment information.

You will receive two emails. The first email, sent instantly, will provide a Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation. The second email, typically sent within two (2) business days, will include your reservation confirmation number, provided by the hotel.

1. Go to the Cancellation form.
2. Enter the email address used to make your reservation.
3. Enter the Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation.
4. Click Cancel Reservation.

You will receive two emails. The first email, sent instantly, will will provide a Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX-C) for your cancellation request. The second email, typically sent within two (2) business days, will include your cancellation confirmation number, provided by the hotel.
